The queen room had a comfy setup with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a coffee machine. Daily cleaning kept everything spotless. The breakfast buffet had fresh pastries and great coffee. Fitness center looked nice, but it was pretty basic. Close to the metro made it super easy to explore. Overall, really enjoyed my stay!

The hotel was a fantastic base for exploring Madrid! I especially loved taking my little one to Retiro Park, which was just a bus ride away. The staff made the trip memorable, providing helpful tips about the city's attractions.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from the hallways could improve for better sleep with kids in the room.

Noise issues were prevalent during my visit, especially coming from the surrounding area on weekends, necessitating earplugs for sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning struggled. even after a technician's visit, the room barely cooled down to a comfortable level, hitting a max of only lukewarm. A significant downside included the absence of a safe in my room, which threw a wrench into securing my valuables easily. Finally, the shower's fixture was tricky to navigate and required too much strength to switch settings, turning a simple shower into a frustrating task.

Had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the shower had fantastic water pressure. I loved the free minibar. it was a nice touch!
